Just a quick note of “Thanks” for your wonderful quick response to our A/C leak last Friday – Arnold is a genius! I can’t believe he stopped that leak so completely. Everything is Dry once again. He also found a problem with the compressor now repaired, “What a Country!” and the price was “more than fair”. If everything ran as smoothly as your example last week – we’d all be in “high cotton”.

Sincere thanks for all you do …. And Arnold even left me a “happy face”. You’ve made a big fan!

We appreciate your service and integrity.
A year ago, the company that installed the HVAC in our new home told us the A/C coils were cracked and needed to be replaced at significant cost. At the recommendation of a colleague, we called ABC Heat & Air for a second opinion. NO LEAK!

We were still skeptical and decided to wait a year to see if coolant needed to be replaced. We scheduled a yearly HVAC check with your company and you sent a technician right out. Arnold did a thorough check of both HVAC systems, washed coils, changed filters and performed other preventative maintenance. He encouraged questions and answered everything….then cleaned up.

The technician from the other company probably didn’t deserve that title.
We saved money, and feel confident in our systems’ ability to perform because of Arnold’s expertise. You earned our trust.

Just a quick note of thanks for all the hard work you and your staff has done for us.
Now that the unit has been moved, it is much quieter and we are sleeping better. Your technician did a wonderful job moving things around and working hard as usual.

Thank you all for immediately resolving the problems in getting all the parts for our air conditioning unit. As you all know, such problems can be extremely frustrating, and you all worked immediately to find a solution.

Your technician has excellent customer service and thoroughly and politely explained everything to me. Your office personnel were most helpful in finding a quick solution to the problems I was experiencing and did  an excellent job keeping me informed.

I look forward to sharing my story at the Frisco Chamber of Commerce networking meeting on Thursday.
